The staff was helpful changing rooms after some facilities issues arose with the first room.

There was no working phone in the bedroom. As a customer with heart conditions this is REALLY important, and there was no means to call for help in an emergency.

the staff could NOT do enough for you. five star service. the breakfast WAS one of the best i've ever had in the uk with so much choice, care and rotation. excellent location and proximity to city centre.

the room was OK but all the skirting boards had horrible BROWN marks on them. at one point i thought it WAS poo but i think it WAS chipped paint but there were quite LARGE marks.

front desk staff gave assistance with all questions and requests. housekeeping responded promptly to requests for extra towels. ALL team members greeted guests with a smile.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the restaurant had a good lunch and dinner menu. the food was well presented and a good value (i especially liked the desserts).

the wall outside the bathroom was dirty with splashes (maybe tea or coffee). there was only one chair in the room, but the room description showed a small sofa.
